What commission does a restaurant pay to Rodx?
Restaurants pay a transparent flat 5.0% commission on item subtotals. We do not charge high monthly listing subscriptions or hidden promotional fees.
How does the 6 km driver fee waiver benefit captains?
On all trips under 6.0 km across Bike, Auto, and Car, the driver platform fee is 100% WAIVED (₹0). Captains keep 100% of their base ride earnings on short neighborhood trips.
How do weekly bank settlements work?
Settlements are deposited directly to your registered bank account every Tuesday for the previous week's orders and completed trips, complete with transparent GST breakdowns.
What documents do drivers need to join?
Captains need a valid Driving License, Aadhaar card, vehicle RC (Registration Certificate), and active vehicle insurance. Verification takes under 4 hours.
What is the restaurant dues limit?
Restaurants have a generous ₹500 outstanding dues buffer, allowing smooth continuous order preparation and processing without immediate account interruption.
